I've only used it on OSX. Just copied it into the Components folder and it worked fine. Can't imagine it's that different on Windows. Trying 64 bit Live is probably a good shout.

The Gate in Live 9 goes below -40. This is useful as a noise gate when the noise floor is lower than -40 but still audible.
