Re: When is Live 9 coming?
When 9 does come out, will they still sell 8 at a discount, or will you have to buy 9? I have Intro and I was thinking about taking advantage of the 25% off, but I am wondering if it will get cheaper still? Don't think so, i would take the 25% if i was you OK Thanks. I just picked up a launchpad, w...

Audio track greyed out except for when solo
Hi ya'll, so I'm having a rather annoying problem that I'm sure must be an easy fix. First off, I'm running Live Intro 8 on a Toshiba quad core running windows 7. I haven't really had any other problems with live. So I have a audio rendering of a simple 4/4 kick drum on one channel. I have a bass pa...

Re: For a live setting, merge song projects, or leave separate?
I need to do this too. I am thinking the best way to do this is to export the individual songs as a wav. Then start a new project and a new live set. drag your .wav songs into the clip launch boxes.
The project file shouldn't be too big that way. The drawback is you can't fully tweak each song.

Wow, I feel the need to run to the music store ASAP! It seems like most of you guys are more studio based. I was curious to see what kind of sub woofers people are using, but I haven't really seen much on the PA. PC: Toshiba quad-core with 4 GB DDR3 Live Intro 8 Reason 3 Samplitude 2448 Hardware: M-...

Re: Guitarist Lend me your advice
Hi, it sounds like you need to get a mixer with a send and return on each track. You still might need the patch bay to send the one signal into your 5 separate mixer channels, then you can adjust each channel's volume blending the effects. Hope that helps! I've never really heard of a guitarist doin...
