my style of music is a weird sort of progressive chiptune/glitch. and i really wanted to get out and play some live. what sort of mastering would be good for this application? i mean im happy with my songs, but im sure they could sound a whole heap more possessional

is there anyway that i can randomize the amount of an effect that is applied? like have random frequencies filtered for say the auto filter?

BUMP someone must know. ive just got my mpk49. i took it out of the box, plugged in the mpk and loaded ableton. i went to preferences and selected mpk49 in the first drop down menu. then nothing else happened. i dont even think that my computer registers the mpk at all. how do i fix this? are there ...

i just got my mpk 49, and i cant connect it to my computer. i have installed the editor software. i open up ableton and it doesnt register that it is there. i go to the preferences and it doesnt say thats it there at all. i cant work my problem out. help

the ultranova is such an awesome idea. im already saving for one. i only hope you can route it through ableton while using it as a sound card for the total output. should be interesting to see when vids start popping up on youtube

no, my guitar is midi. it sends midi data to its onboard computer to produce its own sounds, or you can send the notes via midi out to another device.

i have a midi guitar from the 80s, and it isnt usb or anything fancy, but it does have midi out. i was wondering how i can set up live to be able to receive the note data sent out by my guitar. and should i connect it with a usb to midi, or via midi cables into my fast track pro? thanks

does anyone know how to tempo sync a kp3 to ableton? should i use usb or the midi i/o from my fast track pro? again i need help

i recently changed my set up from PC to Mac and i cant move my vsts. i mainly just want to move my TAL Bassline vst at the moment, but i may need to move others soon. is there anyway i can? i tried downloading a mac version of it but ableton suite doesnt like it for some reason. help! thank you
