C o m p u t e r M u s i c LP / maudlin bitbox riddim

http://i39.tinypic.com/sgpb36.jpg Hullo, everyone. My name is Ed and I've finished an double album recently. It's called Computer Music and I've spent the last two years chipping away, glacial pace'd but supremely microscope'd. Ableton is the reoccurring motif here, otherwise this is a collection o...

Re: Launchpad custom user mode LED colors

Well yeh, though most of these are on/off, all dry/all wet mappings. I would like to change those colors from just off/yellow, yellow being the 127 velocity color on the Launchpad MIDI feedback output.

Launchpad custom user mode LED colors

Ay y'all. I got a custom rack I rock for my live set where I have user2 mode mapped out to parameters on track 1 thru 8, as well as for the master. What I'm wondering, and have been wondering for a coupla years now: is there any direction y'all could point me in (that isn't novation automap) to chan...

Re: Live 9.0.1 Suite takes long to load and too long to save!

I took the advice and bumped up to 9.0.4 and still it persists, no difference at all after a day or two of experimenting :(

I just wish I could go back to Live 8 for a while, or at least just for shows + djing but most of my stuff is saved as L9, ugh.

Re: Live 9.0.1 Suite takes long to load and too long to save!

My copy of Ableton 9.0.1 on a 2008 Macbook was running crisp as ever, never had a hiccup. The last two weeks I too have experienced up to ten minutes + multiple 'not responding' force quits. Got me pulling my freakin hair out, got deadlines I'm trying to meet and cannot for the life of me figure out...

Same here, all around.
I really enjoy 9, but hell- this is really becoming a problem. Especially for playing shows.

Yeh, same thing would happen to me when I first fooled around with Max. Like, wtf are those piano notes coming from?

Re: Where the hell has "Crash Recovery gone" in Ableton 9 !!??

Yeh, +1 for recovery as usual. Had a few crashes recently, but per usual a no sweat thing, just restored upon relaunching, back to work. It's funny, after spending years and years with older versions of Reason, Cakewalk, FruityLoops, just playin the computer music game in general thru the years- Abl...

Re: Opening Paulstretch on OS X 10.6?

But the thing is, I'm not even certain I'm on the right path, like, if I even need to compile these. I just find it strange that there's no other discussion about this anywhere. This strikes me as something you'd come across with a lot of questions, given the popularity of Paulstretch. Anyone using ...

Re: APC - one lax knob

Er, how do you mean, "seperate it from the device" and "hold it in yr hand"? Like, metaphorically?

You mean, like, you got one knob that's not working, or shoots random values?

Opening Paulstretch on OS X 10.6?

Hey everyone. For the life of me, can't seem to figure this one out. So I went to cop Paulstretch from the official source over at http://music.cornwarning.com/2011/12/07/new-paulstretch-os-x-build/ but it would seem the file is no longer hosted, as I look for a mirror some place. Find the same vers...
