Whenever I deep freeze and flatten a set if clips, the result is ALWAYS a set of clips at double the length of the original clips. Is there any way to prevent the flattening from doing this? nah it isnt too complex because you can still work with the newer versions in the same ways as you can in the earlier versions, if you were so inclined.
Here's the problem. Everytime I copy a set of notes from one midi clip, and paste them in another, they get pasted 2 beats behind the first down beat, which would be -1.3

sometimes the UI is TOO minimal. The midi notes displayed in the piano roll whilst editing a midi clip are too thin, and are difficult to get your mouse pointer on.
