This would be an excellent feature. I would save so much time when I have to render alt-mixes! It's too easy to miss the short burst going into the returns.

...but not on subsequent saves. This has happened to me for years through several version upgrades.

It's not a huge deal. Ableton recovers my work and saving from then on isn't a problem.

I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

It used to be possible to buy Sampler as an upgrade from Ableton Standard for like $99 or something. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Am I wrong?

I never use the faders on the APC 20 for volume control, and I sometimes forget to put it in "User mode" before adjusting them. Is there a way to lock the APC 20 in user mode so it will never go back to regular mode?

Have you tried increasing the buffer size under Preferences/Audio?
