On a late 2012 Mini & High Sierra. Live 11 is a horror show. I just encountered a bizarre problem for the first time. Any button I press on the APC40, triggers a sound on a synth. Yes. Do pram zap and hardware reset if I hope maybe it'll do something, lol. But whats this reset Live thing? I see in my mail that I did send a crash report to Ableton back in mid january when a I got this new hanging on launch phenomenon... hanging on 'initializing the application'. I'd force quit...

At least I'm not the only one experiencing crashy 11. I'm still on a 2012 mini High sierra. Live 11 crashes at the drop of a hat it seems. The other day it did while simply renaming a clip. And once it crashes, it won't launch again till I trash the prefs. Never had that happen before. 11's a dog......

I'm in the lazy habit of having audio playing most of the time when loading an audio plug or synth. Should I not be doing that?
Would launching plugs with audio running be more apt to confuse the hell out of a daw and be more likely to cause crashes?

Authorized Live. Downloaded and installed all the Packs that were available with the purchase. But when I downloaded a few of the free packs, I get the corrupt message... pack was created by a newer version. Newer version??? lol I'm sure there's a simple answer to this. A cursory google not finding ...

Using current Live 9 version. Just noticed some patches in one of my Falcon libraries I happened to use was crackling/popping. Also noticed cpu usage jump when it happened. Latency set at 512 so it can't be that. Tried same patches in Logic...no problems. Anyone else?
