I upgraded to Suite a few weeks ago. Just dicking around in Operator, Sampler, the Drum Racks and the extra FX are well worth the $250 (IMHO). While you can experiment w/ the base install, Suite you can actually lose track of time doing it.

I got some Westone UM2's for a good deal here. About $200 USD when it was all said and done, after the conversion (new). I love them. It's weird having high dollar headphones that simply don't jack the bass up. I've never tried the others you've listed though, to be fair.
