I modded a Hammond L100 a few years ago but it was only to the power amp section. I went in and gave it a total 80's hair metal extra gain stage. It was funny as hell. You know that sound of two fuzz boxes chained together that distort so much that they cancel each other out? That's what it did. It ...

Man, forget the Casio VZ10m . It CAN get amazing sounds but talk about an inpenetratable interface. User hostile.

My secret weapon is my Analogue Solutions Red Square. Nice, fast envelopes and nasty ways to modulate the filter.

The SE1x and Pulse are pretty much your top choices. My SE1x is permanently patched to a channel on my console marked "bass".

My Mom's side of the family is Manx but that's a few generations removed and doesn't get you any beers or blunts. I do plan on coming over for the TT races next year, though. They look damn crazy.

However, there are a few bits of software I won't do without, one of the is definately Phatmatik Pro. The others are: Sculpture Vanguard QuadraSID Crystal I have a MonoMachin...

My Pet/Street name: Smokey Mangrove. Much better gay porn name than a DJ name.

My wife spins cheesy pop vocal house. She goes by DJ Shameless.

I've been trading up gear since the 80's so I've amassed a crapload of stuff. I recently went back to hardware synths as I was getting bogged down with menus on my softsysnths. http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q210/lutecorp/Studio/100_1615.jpg Nice stuff. My question is a real simple one. in the ...
