I'm am sure there is a simple answer that I just can't see.

I have 2 scenes set up using loops I generated from Pro Tools. I had Pro Tools set to grid and the correct tempo and time measure entered: 108 BPM, 3/4. I highlighted a 2 bar section in Pro Tools and bounced that to disk. Did the same for ...

Thank you for the replies - I didn't know about the 'glitch' you refer to. I'll do some more reading.

Update

OK - it started again. I played one track where there seemed to be almost a pause or skip on some drum hits. Now the other songs that played fine earlier are now stuttering or dropping bits of the signal. Including the Live library loop.

Is it a Live problem or a problem with XP Pro or the laptop ...

This is driving me crazy. I am using Live very simply. I record drum machine (Boss DR 670) tracks to Pro Tools (MBox2), mix to a stereo interleave 16 bit *.wav file and load the files into Live. Thanks for the replies guys - Yes, I did figure out how to use the scene name (X bpm) to set the tempo of the clip.

Can I ass-u-me that I am going about this the right way?

Thanks again - this is a really busy forum - I guess that shows how popular the Live program is.
