im a student at berklee, i play jazz drums, going into production. i live off my parents teet for the most part. For spending money, im selling circuit bent toys to noise band kids. (after they been sampled of corse, its turning out to be quite lucrative)

ok i feel silly, posting this so soon after the previous post, but i just got it working. I had taken all the vsts out of Live's VST folder and put them on a folder i had on the desktop. I assumed that live wouldnt recodize them anymore... i guess i was wrong, cause i just deleted the entire vst fol...

it all comes around in a big circle though... i know lots of musicians who lost there wedding/barmitzvah gigs cause of DJs... now you can replace a dj with an ipod in many cases.

thanks guys. Im not in music school at the moment, im shedding like a mutterfutter what will be my core at berklee school of music. IE theory, sight reading, sight singing, harmony, ear training, all that crap. Im hoping i can just test out of core, with ratings high enough to just take the classes ...

either hit the solo button, thats the square s. Or you can (if your just starting your piece) hit "stop clips", on the right hand before you click play on one of your slots.

i use two keyboards and would like to arm 2 midi tracks, 1 chords 1 bass or something and record them at the same time in there respective tracks. is this possible?

i was playing with actually 2 other live players once. we each hooked up a midi controller assigned to various effects and volumes. but... we gave the controllers to each other. i could control the effects of person a, person a could control person b and b could control me. both of em were keyboard ...
