I'm not an expert in audio but I use a limiter for djing and it sounds great, try this one, it's free and it's made for dummies because it only has one knob, set it to -6 as the last effect in the master channel and you are done: http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/classic-master-limiter.php

Extend that to all plug-ins, I always thought emulations of analog hardware were just a hype, how you can emulate a valve just writing code? how a software plug-in can have "warm"? Some sound better than others, thats all.

It happened to me only in one folder with about ten tracks, they were mp3s @ 320kbps and downloaded from Beatport, the warp markers were moved and I had to rewarp them again. I´m on XP SP3 and yes, the latest version of Quicktime is installed.

It works great here, Torq appears in the "Audio from" menu in Live, are you sure you are using the full version of Torq? there's a LE version that doesn't support Rewire.

If Live's quality sucks then go with something else and get off the pot. We all know through exhaustive evidence and testing that this is false. I own Cubase SX, run Logic Pro 7 at my work and the rendered audio is the SAME in these and Live - no difference. Learn how to mix and master and your vol...

Download this: http://www.yohng.com/w1limit.html Put it in your master channel, Set it like that: Threshold=-6.0 Ceiling=-0.2 Release=40ms and you are done.
