I never used a pirated copy of live. First I tried Live Lite Digidesign Edition, which came bundled with protools LE. After several hours of fun, i bought the upgrade to the full version. I´ve found the solution:

The keyboard only sends sysex, if connected via midi-out or firewire (with UF400e). If connected to USB, it sends CC instead of Sysex and the transport buttons can be assigned.
