Hey im new to max and i want to see what are some of the most popular/best max for live patches that are out?

im so glad i decided to come on the forum today. great post!

For some reason hi hats are distorting any bass sound that i put in... I EQed all the low end out of the hi hats and vise versa for the bass and im still getting distortion every time the hi hats hit..

hey!!! someone help!! is there anyway to glide samples into eachother in drum rack?!!? or is there any other way to glide different samples into each other in ableton or any vst?!

Anybody have anything interesting set up with the moog filtatron app and live? i love it. Any way to record these sounds into live??

is there a way to set up live so every time you create a new live set your custom template comes up with effects and stuff where you want them?

i am looking to do both. or if its possible to use moog filtatron like a au that would be amazing....

The way i usually do this is on most effects there are a Dry/Wet knob. You can just automate that to 0 when you want the effect off, and 100 if you want it 100% on, or anything in between. Hope this helped!

I really like Vanguard and Massive. My two favorites. You can make some pretty great sounds in these plugins as well as putting some saturator on it and some dirty distortion. But honestly Operator is amazing and you should definitley take more time to play around with it and get to know it better. ...

Abletons spectrum actually has a setting for this. You can put it on your audio tracks and see what frequency/note the sound is hitting. It gets the job done. In your browser just expand the spectrum folder and you will see Notes.

When im listening to my liveset and click on a sample in the browser on the left it waits to the next beat to play it. I want to to play right when i click it. Is this possible?!
