Re: Audiphile 2496 and LIVE

Thanks!

Answer was what I supposed, but had to make sure before purchasing a mixer, so that did not have to first buy a mixer and then learn that some other mixer did make possible to record multiple channels simultaneously...

As an answer to myself, and others who has made a similar decision of buying a midi controller which is not natively supported by ableton live: U-Control can send and receive the data of manually programmed presets. The computer has to have a special application for that transformation, for Macintos...

Hi! PowerBook G4 / OS 10.4 / Behringer U-Control UMA 25S Does anyone have experience, if channel and preset settings that are made in midi controller ( UMA25S ) could be exported and saved to the computer, so that if for some reason midi controller has to be resetted to the factory presets, the manu...

OK Other wish for this Midi mapping is that sometimes=quite often I find myself from the situation, where only reason to reach to the mouse/laptop keys from the keyboard is when I have to toggle between session and arrangement view. So, another feature wish is to change the session/arrangement view ...

Thanks for alternative workflow suggestion. I probably just leave one or two Midi-kbrd channel empty for the temporary assignments, which might be in a way probably even better, than wished "turning of a multi assignment," as it more organized way to do it. You mean by re-order, that the a...

On/Off button to the Midi Mapping Multi Assignment

Here is one example when multi-assignment would be nice to be able to turn off: When making music, there comes situations that something got to be adjusted quickly, for example the simpler sound got to be changed. If multi-assignment is on, I have to check which channels or buttons are free to be as...

Deleting from the browser window is handy in most cases, especially when making permanent assignment, but here is one example when multi-assignment would be nice to be able to turn off: When making music, there comes situations th...

If you decide to follow these intstructions, it might be good idea to reset the whole controller by pressing simultaneously EDIT/EXIT button and MUTE buttons to see in display "Glp" for Global, and then turn the E14 rotary knob to FAC to bring back Factory presets. I did not assign CC numb...

OK I have somewhere live lite 4, so may be there is enough reason to install OS 9, to get to know how orange vocoder works and to learn it´s interface. Of course it is not that handy, as it was if it was all in the same app, but if there is a real need to use vocoder, then it is not too big work to ...
