amplitube2 vst not showing up in plug-in devices on Mac

Hi,
I recently moved from PC to Mac and don't know so much about it yet so maybe I've missed something stupid...
I just installed AmpliTube2 but its not showing up in Live 6 under Plug-In Devices.
The weird thing is I can see a file called AmpliTube2.vst in the folder Library->Audio->Plug-Ins->VST ...

Hi Nixon,
I like the idea of adding some silence at the beginning before the fade in and then starting the clip at -1, hadn't thought of that.

HELP! Start clip before warp point 1 and keep it in time?

Hi,
Can anyone help me with this?
I have a piano sample with a nice aptmospheric fade in on it (in no particular time signature) before the first strong downbeat 1. The sample then continues for 4 bars.
I have found in v5 that there is no easy way to start the clip at the beginning of the fade in ...
