Is there a way of setting up a pre-roll/post-roll similar to Pro Tools in Live 8 for audio recording? I can seem to find anything related to this in the program. Thanks

Love this mix man just downloaded it earlier. Well Impressesd the whole thing is all original material,created and mixed in Live. Would love a track listing if possible. Keep up the good work.
