Thanks for posting this though. I jumped at it, and I have to say, while both MasterComp and the Glue Compressor are buss compressors, they get very different results. Much as I'm interested in Bridge, I can't really justify the plunge if it doesn't allow you to run serato audio through ableton effects. Most of the reason I stick with Ableton for djing is my custom effects racks.

I've had the same problems with Massive. Do the midi notes in your clip go all the way to or past the loop bracket? Try ending the last note a little earlier; it has worked for me in the past. It seems like the synth isn't getting the note off if it is right at the end of the loop, and just continue...

It's going to be more the warping than the fact that it was an mp3. Any timestretching is going to create some artifacts. It's the nature of the process.
