Sanny Klozz is 'comin.....to kick yer collective asses....
….coz y'all have been bad this year. REAL bad. You'll be lucky if you find an FL Studio demo in yer stocking, but in all likelihood....let's just say - hope you have a coal burning stove.

Re: A good time to be a guitarist?
Just rubbin y'alls rhubarbs, amigos. I'm actually a session/touring guitarist out of L.A. Yes, the spark of fine guitar work still exists out there....nothing like the guitar god days of the 70's and 80's, but it's there and always will be. You just have to look a bit harder.

Re: A good time to be a guitarist?
Nobody is listening to or buying guitar music anymore except for aging boomers picking up the occasional bargain bin cd at Wal-Mart. Tell that to the twentysomethings going to sold out metal arena concerts. Oh...yeah...I neglected to consider those 600 bpm metal bands with the cookie monster vocals...

Re: A good time to be a guitarist?
With all the fantastic effects modeling available now into FRFR amps (Helix, et. al.) it seemed to be a good time to be a guitarist, especially since it is so easy to shred on an electric guitar (compared to a classical and Flamenco). Even so, I used to think of myself as the Johnny Appleseed of th...

Re: what happened to industrial/rock?
There is irrefutable scientific evidence that the decline of industrial rock commenced at precisely the moment NIN released "March of the Fuckheads". This paved the way for the marching in of Fuckhead acts such as Panic at the Disco, Fallout Boy and Justin Bieber, to name just a few of the...

Welcome to the Lounge, sandmann. May the loops be ever in your favor. If you're into goa/psy, you'll definitely want to check out the ableton astral projection add-on module. It's "Da Bomb".

Re: With Propellerhead Reason v.9.5 now supporting vsti racks...
But 9.5 lets you screenshot a VST to feature on its rack container. I don't know if it makes a camera click sound when you do that. It should! But it's like keeping all your sneakers in their shoeboxes, but you have photos of them stuck on each box so you know what they look like inside. Fair enoug...

I'd say that's a reasonable reply.yur2die4 wrote:I don't know. I'm still trying to find a reason to get Reason haha. FL Studio might have them both beat.

Ugh - that's like listening to the guys from Kraftwerk recite Jabberwocky. I'd rather listen to Lemmy Kilmister do a video tutorial on dubstep wobble bass.TomViolenz wrote:
