Make sure the "Remote" port for the Maschine Input is active in Live's preferences -> Link MIDI.

You can also use the Maschine Control Surface script for Live, as explained in this NI article:

Can't tell whether we will run any campaigns at this point, but generally speaking about discount campaigns, I can tell you that campaign discounts never apply to the educational discounts, they don't stack.
