Hey guys,
I created a midi track and inserted a drum kit. After finishing my track, I rendered my track to disk successfully. Now when I open up the song file in ableton the kick drum and parts of the percussion section are silent, while the rest of the drum kit plays. No clue whats going on ...

Hey oddstep thanks for the great advice. I am now able to record tracks. I am recording them in midi tracks but I can't edit the notes once I lay them down correct? Moreover, I'm getting some nasty feedback when I play the recordings back.
