Does anyone know how to route send effects in Drum Racks?

I'd like a drum synth plugin...and perhaps separate ones for kick, snare hhat etc. These could be loaded into a Drumrack .

Hi. I'm having a lot of problems with 8.2.1 crashing and blue-screening on opening projects. I understand this is a fairly common problem with users. Can anything be done to stop this happening?
