the problem is that I only have 3 knobs and 1 slide for every track (since I use an evolution uc33-e)... so I could not MIDI controll both the filters while playing live...and that would be a shame...
I wonder why is it not possible to shift to the mode ...
I noticed that it's not possible to assign a MIDI control button to every single filter-mode shifting buttons: you can only assign 1 button (or whatever) to scroll the 4 modes every time.
example: If I need to shift from Bp to Notch I'll have to push the button untill the mode goes to ...
I - reversing a loop while playing live is a disaster since the sample will often stop playing for a fraction of second (unless you already reversed it and saved the reversed file...) and this is a bad limit when playing live!
if you mean a single guy making music with electronic stuff and no instruments or musicians I guess it's Aphex Twin - AFX (Richard d. James) ... even if he's not been releasing good stuff for a while now.
did it...bome midi controller is easy and quick...
but it seems that my problems are the same, since my UC33 buttons do work as my keyboard arrows but I still need to click the mouse button on one of the loops to start moving across...
it seems there's no keystroke to select the tracks/scenes ...
