I think so too, that might have been the cause, or some of it,
I usually do leave everything off but this laptop has kind of low volume.
I'm gonna use my old toshiba for audio editing in future.

Re: Audio track volume lowers automatically
I'll ask on the windows forum and see if anyone knows about this I can hear the volume go up and down as I listen to my creation in ableton. Last night when I went into realtek and ticked that loudness equalization box, that increased the sound a little. Just now I went to task bar and right clicked...

Re: Audio track volume lowers automatically
I don't know what it is but sometimes it's pretty annoying.. I don't think I have anything enabled in sound settings.
Other than loudness eq in realtek, which enhanced the loudness a little.

Audio track volume lowers automatically
Hi, Working with a few audio samples, some I've created, some are pre-made wav/mp3 samples. I noticed as the first audio track plays, when the next audio track (beat) starts, the volume lowers on the first track. Even if I just listen to the beat in the left panel in ableton, the audio track in able...

Re: Help - Audio Interfaces / Syncing Korg Volcas With Ableton
Sorry for such a late reply, was posting a lot of forums at the time,
But thanks for the info, I'm still learning, might get a Mickie DL1608, they look pretty good.
But I don't think i want a big mixer just something compact.

Help - Audio Interfaces / Syncing Korg Volcas With Ableton
Hi, I'd like to sync the volcas to ableton but I think I might need a new setup/midi cables and a new audio interface. I watched a few videos on how to sync the korg volcas to ableton through an audio interface or mixer. Firstly I'd like to explain how I got my volcas working with ableton, without m...

Korg Volca Series IN Ableton With Kontakt
Kind of answered my own question
Have kontakt opened in ableton as plugin,
and two audio tracks with volca beats and bass.
Wanted to sync kontakt to the two audio tracks.
Using tap tempo in kontakt, is there a better more precise way?

Re: Vocals, Chants, Monks, Gothic Sounds..
Thank you guys for some cool feedback
That tune I used as an example, reminds me of an old classic
"Hold that sucker down" original version, such a nice uplift.

But yea those haunting choir vocals are something else.

Re: Audio Clip & Arm Session Recording
Thanks for the link, I'm recording a few midi clips into arrangement view, no problem enabling Arm Session Recording on those. But if I try to enable Arm Session Recording for the audio track (mp3 clip), i can't enable Arm Session Recording. Everything will eventually be recorded over to the arrange...

Audio Clip & Arm Session Recording
Hi,
I have a short piece of vocals in wav and mp3 format.
I created an audio track and dragged the vocals in as an audio clip.
What do you need to do next to be able to select Arm Session Recording?
Do I need to convert it or what am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Vocals, Chants, Monks, Gothic Sounds..
Where can I find some sound packs, VST's with these sort of vocal effects Examples of the type of dark, gothic, godlike sounds i'm thinking about. Those kind of vocals that can really make a good tune sound uplifting. Sasha always seems to pull out tunes with fascinating, twisted vocals. I love the ...

Re: What's The Most Realistic Text To Speech You Ever Used?
Yea i have been hearing a few very good tunes lately that are done with Vocaloid or similar. If you have heard any of Maceo Plex's recent stuff, the vocals are pretty twisted.. dirty grooves. :) Maybe i heard Tim Exel do a live show on bbc radio 1 using vocaloid software.. interesting never the less.
