This is my longtime request for Live. It is as the programmers don't use the software themselves. It is impossible to record a guitar clip and get the right length to the clip in session view without a foot pedal.

Hi! Many thanks for a great script. I am using Maschine Mikro and wonder how to get visual feedback so that selected buttons light up? If I had turned the loop on it would be nice to have a button lit on my Maschine.

Thanks, but that doesn't work. After reading the manual I thought global quantization should do but I still have to edit the length of recorded clips.

A computer keyboard rules!

I am a musician, not a DJ! I don't want to be use an external controller. Honestly, I have tested several controllers and the computer keyboard is superior when you have all key commands at your fingertips, like in Logic.

The lack of fast forward/rewind is what has been holding me back to upgrade or use
Ableton since many years. Can't understand what they are waiting for. Meanwhile I am really happy using Logic 9 with all key commands you can think of. But, the longer they wait, the more money I will save not ...

This is the biggest reason why I don't use or upgrade Live anymore.

1) More keyboard shortcuts. the more customizable the better.

I have the same problem with creating projects under the folder "Library". It seems that the whole "Library" has become a project where I have stored all my sets from version 5. There should be a way to decategorize a folder from being a project.
