Re: Drum Racks and Memory - best practises?

great thanks for the tip.
ive since shortened all my samples down as much as possible, and tried to be more efficient in general.
which isnt so bad, just means i can do more with the sounds that are there.

can i retrieve my project from 'Undo' data somehow??

long story short, i am a tool who clicked the 'no- i do not want to save' button too quickly. i blame my new mouse, but either way i had a nice sequence going that i want to retrieve. is it possible to recover something from one of the resource folders.
please say it is,

Re: Native Kontrol APC

Cant live without it. Some good reasons: 1. Set fades to max out at zero db. 2. Get 8 sends for each track 3. Use triggers as a midi keyboard or drum pads. 4. Shift + Cue volume knob changes tempo. 5. Use 2 racks at the same time: Track Control + Device Control sounds fricking wickid man. 1st and 5...

Re: Techno kick bass - Sandwell,Liebling,Ruskin,Detroit etc.

also to get that wide 'warehouse' low end, stick a huge catherdral-style reverb after a filtered down kick. bit of compression, maybe even some saturation, more EQ (taking out the boom and the top).. render that and stick it in a sampler. program around your kick, and it will give you that 'techno-g...
