Re: Audio Amplitude to controller ?? Is this possible in live?
Hmmm really? I actually prefer the modified one, its works better for me because it has the smoother curve (attack, decay env). The original one seemed to be really jerky and difficult to adjust, probably because the range of values being sent to one control was so great it was difficult to make fin...

Re: Audio Amplitude to controller ?? Is this possible in live?
There are a few 'envelope follower' devices some people have made using max for live. Its the only way I know of at this point. Of course this would require you to own Max for Live which is $300 US. Check out these devices if you do have Max for Live (I think there are even a few others out there). ...

Re: Who wants "Glitch" plug for mac? No need with Able

I'm a PC user who is just trying to remove unnecessary plugins, Occam's razor to my vst folder basicly, i have to admit subtle use of DB Glitch has been useful but I'd rather use lives rac...

Re: Solo and Mute
Hi 3rdordertrauma good idea about just moving the lead to another scene. I did know about launching individual clips apart from scenes, though it all still seems more complicated than just having a mute button. But I guess I'll get used to it. Everything else about Ableton seems really intuitive! W...

Re: Solo and Mute
Hi mr.adl Say I wanted to launch a scene but not have the lead playing, just have bass and drums starting together. Then bring the lead in. That's what I'm trying to do. This can be done with just more scenes... no mutes or solos required. For example... scene 1 contains drums and bass only and sce...

Re: question pertaining to monitor calibration
Ren, unfortunately speaker calibration is not as easy as just setting levels so they "seem" even. Of course levels that seem even to you might not seem even to me or the next guy or girl... etc. etc.. There are lots of thing to consider when calibrating speakers, not just levels. You'll ne...

Re: Who wants "Glitch" plug for mac? No need with Able
any chance of doing this for drum racks ?? or just an audio effect version? or tell me how to adapt it to an audio effect I've done some other racks similar to this... one included an audio version. However if you wanted to make an audio version yourself all you really need to do is create an audio...
