Hi,

I love he "Resonator" effect in ableton adn love sending my guitar through it.
Does anyone know of anythng in the form of an fx processor or pedal that does the same thing?

not software, some sort of hardware device?

um...maybe some sort of routing issue?
since the metronome also echos though, maybe it's something outside of ableton?
Are you bringing any outside signal in?
if so check your mixing board, maybe there's something routed weird there.

I had a similar problem a few days ago but it was from using JACK ...

the factory defaults on the TF have 2 defaults for IMpulse.
simply call up one of these on the tf and you are set to go.

For example, with trigger finger set to factory defaults
press memory recall
then press pad # 10

should be all set.

Note you've got 16 pads on tf, only 8 slots in impulse
find ...

that's pretty neat.

I know this is off topic but I'm hoping the brains on here can help. I posted on the Hydrogen forum but no dice.

So I have the latest version of the open Source Drum Software ,Hydrogen, the PPC build for my non-intel MAC.(i know.....i know....but I'm broke)

So anyway works like charm except 1 ...

the better bet would be to either use a peice of software called midistroke

Hi.

I think Acid Loops are just .wav format. Ableton can use .wav format loops.

Not sure where to buy loops. I gues sit depends on what styles and what type of loops you are looking for (drums, instrument hits, etc)
Some others on this forum may have suggestions.

I'll start out by saying I haven't read this whole pissing contest. I'm not here to argue with any of the points put forth here but just add something I've been thinking about a lot regarding his topic:

I find live very versatile for guitar
I play electric and acoustic.
All of the delay modules are nice for different things.

For a interesting effect use 2 different delays
Like a simple delay into a filter delay
or the other way around
stuff like that, you can really just mess with the fx in ...
