Nice track! The instruments do sound a little static, I'd add some more automation (cutoff, resonance, note length, delay and reverb dry/wet, feedback, etc). I'd be happy to run it through my master chain for some extra mojo, just drop me a pm

Can you upload (part of) a track so we can have a listen? Now all I can think of is maybe lives warping is changing the sound a bit.

U-he's ACE and Bazille might be worth looking at. Bazille is still in public beta on his kvr forum page, but is more flexible then ACE. Also still in public beta is hourglass by xenakios (pc only) a powerful granular audio mangler. Am considering ACE too, but what about the note on their website? &...

I'd use some automation on the feedback of the delay, so it starts out positive (like 2.5db for the first two delays or so. Then automate the feedback back in the minus again so the signal doesn't start to overload. (You also need to start at a low volume so you have some headroom for the positive f...
