there's no native support of Live's devices, but the macro buttons and all parameters can be mapped manually in User modes

I've tried to connect two and three Launchpads. Works just fine, and indeed having
- 1 Launchpad in Session mode
- 1 Launchpad in Mixer mode
- 1 Launchpad in User 1 mode, mapped to a lot of effects

is A LOT of fun

when overriding a column in 'user 1' to be a volume fader, it doesn't work because live isn't reading it as a column, just as midi notes this is inaccurate. User 2 is not reserved for Max for Live.

It is the mode Ableton recommends to use with Max for Live, but you can map anything in Live to the pads in User 2 mode
