Only one way there : straight into analog of audio card then - you'd sample 16 bits linear 44.1khz.
Underating your reaktor synth inside a computer is fun for it makes your sound loosing harmonics more playing on impair.

all u need
working on with live all u need is if you are capturing outside an omni studio M-audio. Minimize thousands of external different electronics plugged on source. U can even insert effects in omni.
Then you need Bias peak or any mastering tool on PC like wavelab etc...

Ok I understand...
:) I see you wanna minimize outside jumps and stay in your puter.
While you capture in MOTU close Live and finish it in MOTU then.
Rewire does work in MOTU system. It will behave the same apart you should render all tracks not requirering analog aquisition.
If you want some analog process there do ...

We are not deaf :)
You shoud ever try to record at higher ratio that you have.
It is called resolution : higher it is the best - then we humans are not dolphins we cannot hear below 20 k and 20000 k start making our hears freeze...
Final range to capture the full audio we sense isn not upper than 16 bits 44.1khz ...

I tested the Beta 2 weeks ago...
I tested on new G5 1.6 processor + 1 gig and it freezed.
It took 80 % of the CPU on my biggest file.
I think it is not of Live problem but Mac g5 benchmarks.
I works amazingly on Pentium 4 2.0.
Mac might lie on what they sell or G5 is not optimized correctly for Jaguar.
Update coming might work ...

You got it the wrong way...
Rewiring is good but this is not the basic philosophy of Live.
Live is a tool for arrangements - it opens creative ways.
Roouting live to a recorder could it be external is the way to be able to mix separated tracks at least on a mackie 2482.

Compression
You then just need a front end cheap compressor eq that works :
Get an alesis 3630 daisy chained to same electronics : an alesis eq makes the final touch.
It is enough you'll get kinda analog compression fat with no fake words.
