two times clicking stop is by far enough to reproduce this problem. i do this to get back to the beginning of the song. but anyway, thx for your reply. maybe i use too much plugins^^. it is a beast of a computer, so i never use more than 25% of the cpu until this happens.

i am using live 8.0.14 suite. double clicking the stop button freezes live. cpu usage 466%!!! what the heck? never had this problem before using apc40! any ideas?

i have got the rme hdsp 9632 and a better latency under win7 than under xp. works great together!

works fine on win7 64bit here! no problems at all.

Get an Apogee Duet with the extra money. Then you have a controller built for Live that communicates with Live, and a soundcard that is known for having great sound, as opposed to a soundcard known for being low budget. the apogee is mac only. my rme hdsp 9632 is good, but the reviews of the master...

I wouldn't go as far as saying that both are redundant as I have a similar setup using a MCU and the apc40 and each has it's own strenghts. I find that once I am beyond the session view and have pretty much have gotten the arrangement done, i don't touch the apc's grid anymore except for it's macro...

works fine here! hard to beat omnisphere sounds. i work on an actual windows 7 I7 920 system and it works really great!
