If you use the techniques mentioned above, you can then add some Corpus effects. Loop Metal Needle, Metallic, both are very effective. Gives it a kinda futuristic robotic sound (Use the Pipe setting)

Sounds tough. Repair normally does the trick. So you have checked the actual file location, have you compared it to what Live knows to be it's file location? Eg, Users/(your name)/Application support/Ableton/Library. If they differ then tell live where the files actually are. Have you upgraded to a ...

Different with every track for me. But although there is a lot of sense to arranging the production first, then playing with the sound afterwards, it barely works that way for me. Simpler does have the feature too as stated above. You can set your fades so it sounds more continuous. Change the sample length slightly if the clicks are visible. At first I found Dubstep impossible to produce on Ableton, but now it seems to be the outcome of most of my productions.
