No vertical information on upper left pads
Hi there, I got a Push3 and noticed, that the four pads in the upper left corner do not react on vertical information. I am pretty sure, that I troubleshooted the situation correctly by using Ableton's instruments and mapping parameters to the vertical slide height. It works on all other pads, excep...

Re: Which audio interface for Ableton & MacbookPro?
A lot of MOTU users here! I had an 828mk3 and were very happy with it. But my new PC did not like it and so I sold it. Maybe an ultralite would be a good thing to buy. Unfortunally it´s not available at the moment and the ultralite mk3 is postponed to march 2011.

That really sucks! I tried the same combination and reproduced your error exactly.
What makes it even worse it the Virus TI. Syncing Ableton, Maschine and the TI is impossible.

I heard a lot about Apogee but never actually saw one in use. I think that I might give the "DUET" a chance.massivesax wrote:choose an interface that suits your needs made by apogee or RME... quality interfaces! Since you are using a mac I would go with apogee since they are mac specific...

Which audio interface for Ableton & MacbookPro?
Hello everyone, I am going to buy a new mac book pro (13'', intel core2duo) for use with ableton and a lot of external midi gear. Does anyone use the same configuration and can give a good recommendation for an audio interface? I need short latency (not more than 256 samples, better 128) and ROCK SO...

Re: problem recording audio, some kind of lag
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! I was almost giving up Ableton Live completely but your hint solved all of my problems. Even recording the Virus TI - which is a very tricky thing - is working fine now. Why is this very important feature not mentioned anywhere in the troubleshootings about latency and reco...

Re: APC 40 FAQs, features and questions
I have a question about the eight "Device Control" knobs. I noticed that the "Audio Effect Rack" in Ableton Live has eight knobs. Does the APC40 automaticly control the eight knobs of the Audio Effect Rack when I select the track? That would be awesome!

They will not be able to completly load the liveset because of the samples and selfmade Reaktor ensembles. So I doubt that it would make sense to send them the liveset! Not the live set.The crash log.I am on mac,on pc i don't know where this crash log is There is no crashlog. :P The playback just s...

Corrupted livesets?
I am facing some problems with Ableton Live which I do not understand. I will try to give as much information as possible. Live 6.0.1 crashes on my AMD Dualcore Notebook (Win XP) using a firewire interface after round about 50 minutes. The audio playback stops and I have to restart the application. ...

Problems with pitching an audio clip in
Hi! I hope my question is not too stupid but I´ve tried out every button on the panel and found nothing in the manual. I have an audio clip running in loop mode. It is neccessary to use the "warp" mode in order to loop the clip. Now I want to pitch the whole clip down. Ableton Live does so...

Long latency using LIVE6 and Virus TI
I have noticed a horrible long latency when I play the Virus TI in Ableton Live6. The latency is much longer than the one of the other VSTi.
I am frustrated! And yes, I have set up everything as stated in the Ableton Live tutorial provided by Access.
