Is the answer to start with the tracks warped in order to queue them, and then turn off the warping while the track is playing and the global tempo has been adjusted to match the track?

So, I've just realised that changing the warping type makes a big difference to volume.

Which warping type should I use to play mastered tracks? Which is the safest volume wise?

All the tracks have been mastered at fairly consistent volumes, but the warping is throwing the volume right out...

I've got the problem again today even though there are no files in the database folder.

I'm stuck again, and support just told me to reboot my computer.

I deleted the file in:
C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 9 Suite\Resources\Database

After restarting, it seems to be fixed...

Also, if I click on "Packs", I can see all my installed packs, but I can't see anything under the packs - i.e. they don't open up in the tree.

I can still use my instruments though if I open an existing project.

My library has disappeared.

My instruments, sounds, etc. all gone!

I'm on Live 9.It used to be that you could rebuild the library, but I can't find that feature anywhere.

silversurfer60, it turns out that you are right!

They were just in a different place than they were in 8. So this works well on the PC version. I'll check to see if they are there on the Mac version as well.

So, basically Ableton left pretty much the most important control for DJ'ing off their flagship performance controller.

In other words, are you saying the Ableton 9 doesn't include any grooves? Why not?

Can't I just download the grooves from somewhere? I don't have Ableton 8 installed anywhere.
