Been wanting this for a long time, sure you can send things around but when you work with 50 tracks or so this would clear things up.

I must be missing something here... If you can record to a new track then Live should be able to do this internally/'behind the scenes' automatically and therefore be able to freeze it. It probably just means easier to use multiple Trilians at the same time (64b can use more mem). Just a guess.. but it does kick ass. I keep going away from it for God knows why and am always amazed when I come back. I should stop going away from it really.

Just to add something, it'd also be great to hear if there's a way to instance a clip in the session view. I only know of a way to copy a clip, and again - this makes me not able to change a beat throughout the song by just working on a single clip. All my copies of that beat will need to get change...
