is it possible to change the left click on a mouse so that it becomes a CTRL button. so instead of having to press the CTRL botton on a keyboard i can hold down the left click and press the right to select.

so that i can have one hand on a midi (turning knobs) and using effects,
and the other hand ...

Do you think the rise in popularity of DAW's such as Ableton has caused the market place of music to become saturated, which makes it harder for good producers to get there stuff heard?

i've turned the sends off and turned the channel volume down, but there is still sound be produce.

anyone else have any ideas?

how can i make a midi channel stop producing sound?

I'm using an appegiator and cord on a simpler to produce a beat pattern. The midi channel will continue to produce sound when the clip has been stopped, so i put a clip in the midi channel after the one that was playing and put the volume envolop ...

i am just about to buy ableton 6 and as your allowed to put it on two computers i was gonna put it on my home system and thinking about putting the spare on a portable handheld device, so that i can create ideas when i travel to work and stuff.

i mean how large is the program size as in data. e.g 5B, 25MB, 1G

what is the program size for ableton 6?

after you have installed ableton 6 do you have to do anything extra for the program to use the new Intel Core 2 Duo, and use both processors.
Or does the program run on both processors automatically?
