hi in new to this software and i was wondering if anyone could direct me to some free vst plugins for ableton and how to use them

hi im currently using ableton 4.0.1 and after fiddling with the settings i accidently set my vst folder to C drive which is my hard disk. when i try to load the program it just comes up with error messages because it encounters problems with some of the files in my hard disk.
