I solved it by simply grouping more tracks together
- seems having 53 VU meters all running at once is asking too much, lol.

I was just wondering if "Notch 4" was using some sort of industry-standard settings is all - are those values what they use in proper recording studios or radio stations etc? Never having been in a proper studio or on a music course in my life I just wouldn't know. Been fiddling with Cubas...

Sounds like it cleans up my sound quite well, but who designed it and what's the theory?
