Are you using XP? If so then....

Highlight all the files in explorer, right click and choose "properties". Tick the "hidden" box.

Assuming that explorer is set to "hide hidden files" they'll disappear.

If they don't go, then launch explorer, "tools" -> "folder options" -> "view" tab, scroll down ...

Hopeing someone can help, have emailed support and after 2 weeks have had only a 1 line reply. Guess they are busy with v6 :(
