I picked up the Nocturn 25 with the assumption that it would automatically map to the tracks, and luckily for me your script accomplishes just that.

Re: New Remote Script for Novation Nocturn and Live 8
Thanks for your brilliant work Guille!
After an hour of fiddling with that god-forsaken automap software, I got things up and running smoothly.

Robyn ft. Royksopp "None Of Dem" Remix contest
Hi all,
Beatportal is holding another remix competition, and this time the track is "None Of Dem" by Robyn ft. Royksopp. Submission period is over and its time to vote, and I would really appreciate it if you guys could give my remix a listen and spin it!

Mackie Control Extender in Standalone mode?
I don't have it to test it out myself, but I was wondering if it was possible to use a Mackie Control Universal Extender in standalone mode. I've been reading online that it is possible, but you only have control of the first 8 channels. Is there a way to map a second midi controller to send ...

Sound advice (getting a sound)
Hey all,
I've been wondering for a while how to recreate this reverb-based sound in this song, Megashira by Mark Marberg. It comes it at around 1:15, and its not on the main melody, but on the bass note that accompanies it. At the end of the note, you can hear a very short reverb tail, and it sounds ...

Getting rid of UAD plug-in Devices I don't have?
Hey all, hopefully someone can clue me in on whether this is possible or not..
I have a UAD-1 card and 1 purchased plugin from UAD, but is there any way to remove the other plugins that I don't have? Instead of populating a list of 40 or so plugins, I'd rather only see the ones I am able to use ...

Audiomidi.com also has a 10% off all software promotion going on until 4/05/09 for those of you who don't have that coupon still. Luckily for me I do!

Re: Ableton Keyboard Cover w/ Key Commands - Anyone Using?
I picked up one of those at Macworld, and to be honest it serves me better as a keyboard cover than of helping me remember key commands. I'd rather take the time to learn the commands you'd use most often.

Getting a head start on Max?
Its funny I have Reaktor, because I never found it appealing enough to program with so I never really put the effort into learning it. Max on the other hand looks a lot more approachable in terms of learning. So if I'm understanding all of this correctly, Max for Live is a separate product to ...

Any way to Automate the Warp Mode's on/off Position?
Like the title says, I'm having some problems with artifacts when I try warping a single audio track (song). It's an acoustic track with vocals, and I'm trying to lock the song into tempo. I found that the tones warp mode works best, and it sounds alright for the most part, but for some parts there ...
