did you have the sample rate the same on the ultralite and ableton?

sometime conflicting sample rates can cause this problem

I have a strange issue with Live 7's file browser. Whenever i go to drag an mp3 from my file browser to a track there is a 3 second stall in the program and then it returns to normal (this happens for both analyzed and un-analyzed clips). There is no interruption in the audio.

Hi. We have recently purchased an Alesis DM5 and EZ Drummer and need to midi map the info coming from the kit to the keys in Ableton.

My spec is:

MBP 2.16 gHz, 2 Gb ram, M audio friewire audiofile

We have hooked the kit up to the M audio audiofile via midi cables.

Is it possable to assign the space bar to another function because i don't want the audio to stop when im plaing live incase i accedently hit it when coppying a track in ableton.

I have tried using the key edit mode but you cannot reassign it this way
