Re: CV instrument with Push standalone
Is your CVTools Pack up-to-date?
I really don't know. The most recent version of CVTools you listed is no longer available (to me anyway) via centercode, and I've been using the most recent beta versions since just before getting my P3S and downloaded/installed every update since that I've ...

P3S Warp issue (different from 1/10/25 post)
I'm having issues "unwarping" a sample track. I have four projects that incorporate a song-length sample. Three of them are working perfectly - they were exported as song-length stems produced from Live projects on my laptop, and I unwarp them to keep them song-length and 'uninterpreted' (?) by the ...

I'm watching this. Using P3S latest beta version (2.1.10b2) and I'm having the same issue.

Re: How to load Midi clips in standalone mode?
Exciting news if true!!
I just tried this and it still doesn't seem possible to load midi clips into the push 3 from file browser. The folder with the MIDI files is just invisible even though I can see it on the computer.
I'm on version 12.1 Live and Push 2.1
You can load midi clips .
But ...

Re: Push 3 Standalone - pads less responsive
Back in the 80s I was working as a 'tire guy' and tow driver for an auto repair service. The old head mechanic would regularly sling 'under the radar insults' at some of the more annoying customers who were 'hypochondriac' about their cars, with the most common being "sounds like a 'nut behind the ...

Re: Push 3 Standalone - pads less responsive
I didn't stop to think that it may be overheating. In both instances it's been after having the device on for about five hours. Even then, only about 20% of that time was spent actually playing, with the rest of the time spent arranging/tweaking/mixing/etc.

Push 3 Standalone - pads less responsive
Running Push 3 in standalone mode.
Current issue is the pads go through a thing every few weeks where they're suddenly about 60% non-responsive. Meaning: when this happens, tapping pads with the same speed and velocity results in a trigger 40% of the time unless I hit the pads REALLY hard, and it ...

Re: CV instrument with Push standalone
By the way [jur], yes, I am still struggling.
And private-transfer: by "setting [my] external oscillators to the lowest octave," does that mean "tuning it as low as it can go?"
I'll give this a shot after work today and report back.

For Push 3 Standalone controlling external modules
I humbly request the following to make using Push 3 Standalone to control a Eurorack system a bit easier.
Two things:
1. allow an option to switch from 0v - 10v (the only option currently) to -5v - +5v in Standalone (not an issue in controller mode)
2. (less important) CV calibration from Push 3 ...

Re: CV instrument with Push standalone
I've been rolling with the most recent beta versions on laptop and Push. I update the additional packs when I get notices for them. And that video ALMOST answered my question, but he stopped short of showing how to port the presets back into Push. I reached out to him for further info on that, so we ...

Re: CV instrument with Push standalone
I tried it and it did not work. Ported over into P3S, pulled the preset into the channel, and set up all the preset routings. Still sending pitch a good 5 octaves too high. Oh well. Thanks for the suggestion.
I will try this - thanks!

Could someone direct me to a tutorial on saving CV tunings as a preset then porting them to the P3S, or give a simple quick 'step-by-step?' I've figured out everything else but this ONE detail.

Saving CV calibration as a preset
Wanting to use Push 3 Standalone to drive a portable eurorack system (not via the expression pedal outs, but via the ADAT outs). I have seen suggestions elsewhere that CV calibration of eurorack modules can be saved as a preset then ported into the Push. The one thread I've been able to find about ...
