Re: Made the jump to 64-bit.. Aaand nothing changed.

I see much better stability with larger projects. The tradeoff is that I can't drag and drop files into live due to running 'as Administrator' in order to accommodate jBridge. I think it's a worthwhile tradeoff. sure you can... you just have to _also_ run the explorer window as administrator. i use...

Re: proper "track delay" / nudge...?

If you click the [ms] box it switches to Smp/samples with a resolution of 1 sample. As for interruption in sound, I guess that could be improved. I never use the track delay as a real time control personally though.

Re: Success with J-Bridge in Live 9 64-bit

Unless the demo is fundamentally different than the full version, it should be fairly self-explanatory. Run jBridger Step1 : Click "I'll be using a x64 (64bit) host" Step2 : Click "Create bridging files inside a directory I'll specify" Step3 : Select the 32-bit .Dll(s) you want to bridge and click O...

Re: Live 9.2 wish list (I know this soon?)

The Covert Operators have made a M4l device called 'Sixteen Macros' which would at least double your encoders. Using the knobs will completely screw your Undo history though. It's in their M4L collection here http://www.covops.org/ . Have you actually tried it? You should see why it isn't a solutio...

Re: Live 9.2 wish list (I know this soon?)

haha. no it wasn't a request - it was a response to Sarrova-Q's request for mapping parameters to devices in 9.2 I should have been clearer and I may have missed Sarrova-Q's point. 8O I'm afraid you did, but no prob ;) What I meant was that I would like to be able to use controllers with more than ...

Re: Using 2 audio cards - one at a time - is it possible?

ASIO4all is worth trying at least. I had good luck with it when I did. Could you tell me a bit more about how the 2 audio cards audio is being routed by A4all? I mean about the main output; do I need an external mixer to hear the whole project? You could do all the routing inside Live. Asio4all wou...

Re: just deleted all sax sounds from my harddrive...

Haha, it's just not my cup of tea, not my taste. It's soulless wanking to my ears. Each to their own though. I agree on the neoclassical shredding nonsense, but I've actually heard some decent stuff comming out of his amplifier when he isn't playing like he's being payed by the amount of notes exec...

Re: Using 2 audio cards - one at a time - is it possible?

I don't know how bad the latency would be, but you could use both cards at the same time on a pc using asio4all. I've done it a couple of times when I was in need of more I/Os.

Sampler Transpose & Detune Automation Lanes grid sync

I was messing with some transpose automation on a sample in Sampler, and in certain areas wanted to make a more smooth transistion than semi-tone steps, so figured I could make some +/-50ct sweeps with Detune automation. I made some individual automation lanes for both parameters, so I can see where...
