I have Ableton Suite 9 and i'm looking for a controller for it, i can get a new Ipad with Touchable or Push, the only complication is that even though i have suite, i use Komplete 9 for most of my sounds, so which one should i get?

I'm currently using Ableton live 8 and Komplete 9. i'm considering upgrading and i'm wondering if i should upgrade to live 9 or Suite 9, it just seems that their is a lot of overlap between what i have with Komplete and Suite, what should i do?

I Purchased live from someone on Monday, on that date they sent in the license transfer E-mail. it's now Friday and i have yet to hear anything from Ableton. how long is the wait for a license transfer?
