Ah, the original problem is due to preset change, not template change. Ok. So, I tried playing with changing between the presets 1-4 on the UC33e and I could see the problem mentioned. However, I continued messing around and changed the Global Channel on the UC33e a couple of times and then the prob...

Hey, I tried experimenting with the settings in Live 7.0.2 some more to give you more info. You only need one midi setting on: Midi Ports Input: UC-33 USB Midi Controller (Port 1) Remote=ON Everything else can be off; you don't even need to set any control surfaces. Takeover Mode worked correctly. I...

Hi, For the first question, I think it's ok on my set-up (UC-33e + Live7.0.2). Live remembers the takeover mode as soon selected and then after saving, when re-opening the set. I have the UC33 set as control surface and as input. In the Midi ports inputs, I have track and sync off and Remote On. No ...

Cheers folks for the responses. No, don't have quicktime pro, unfortunately, just the standard free QT. From the webpage looks like xld can't do it either... And yes, am ready for the barrage of abuse for daring to use such a low quality recording as input into Live! My fallback solution is t...

Converter for amr audio files for Mac OS X?
Anyone know of any (preferably free :) ) apps for Mac to convert from AMR format to a friendlier format that Live can understand? I can playback the amr file using quicktime or realplayer, but can't save/export it to any other format. It's a voice recording made on a Nokia mobile phone. Thanks in ad...

That's actually a great photo. The composition, colors, everything...very cool. The setup is perfect. There's a lot of photos in this thread with 14 roomfulls worth of shit, so it's refreshing to see something so minimal. How do you like your UC-33e? Been thinking of picking one up. Hey, thanks! I ...

don't put one on the Ultralite and the other not on an Ultralite, they'll sound different. I might be a dwarf, but I'm not stupid   Cheers for the thoughts. You do know that the built-in Genelecs iso-base things are pretty good in isolating from whatever they're placed on? Don't worry, ...
