i used to have g4 powerbook with ableton live 6, and now the MBP wth Live 8. go for the intel processor. big time difference

did u check all the outputs etc in the Apogee Maestro program? also push the volume knob in for about 5 seconds, let the duet reset then hit it again to bring it online. hope one of those works.

yooooo if i didnt read Tarekith's mastering/mixing guide id be scarred. but yea that's the plan the mixes sound fresher now, that i mixed to -6db, bounce to stereo then "master" thx again family.

freeze track. then flatten. but if the midi note is starting before the actual start point or 1.1 of the clip itll be soundless. sometimes u gotta zoom in to see that as it may be a "smidget" out of the midi clip box. i hope i helped a bit. POW!
