In Live 8.2.2 (and going back as long as I can remember with Live 8 ), starting a new set, latency will be very low/nonexistent. After adding devices, plugins, etc latency starts to creep up. Same problem here. Windows 7, Live 8.0.5, Reason 3.0.4 b547. Live crashes upon launch of Reason.

same here. seems to happen when starting playback during a fade in the arranger. might have to try it a few times for it to start happening.

- new set
- drag an audio clip into audio track in arranger
- create a fade
- put the play start pos somewhere during the fade
- hit play, space, etc ...

Here's what I'm trying to do:

Using an Arpeggiator, I'd like to figure out a way to "blend" between the Free and Sync ranges when turning the Rate knob, such that it's possible to turn the knob and have the Arpeggiator drift in and out of perfect sync, or "slide" between differently synced beats ...

Do u know how to get a song and mute the voice just to have the beat or vice versa? is it possible?

don't i wish...there are a few tricks, but other than that there really is no true way.

depending on how the song was produced you may eliminate the center channel and see what you're left with ...

For starters, is your mix only occasionally peaking into the red but mostly lower, or is the entire mix generally the same volume and that volume is high enough to keep it almost in the red all the time?
