I second that emotion

None of the new functionality in 2.1 is in the online Push manual. Kind of a miss there.


I find the manual a miss in general. Even when updated there feels like there's loads left out. It doesn't go into any detail of each instrument's implementation on Push compared to Live, for example ...

Hey Tarekith, how about now? Any updates?

I'm sitting on a Push 1 & a Push 2 that I could sell, but keep putting it off because they might be usable with Push 3 in the future. Meanwhile, they're just sitting on a shelf & no one is getting to use them.

+1000 With all the changes to ingrained/muscle memory shortcuts people have been using for 10+ years - CORRECT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

On the other hand, with so many changes in this regard, it would be a bigger task to ensure all the pages of the manual that reference older stuff is updated ...

Nor do I, and I've been using Live since version 1.

I would very much like the option to disable comping.

A pdf manual is essential.

Live 12 brought some GUI improvements that I have been wanting for a LONG time:

Being able to see both Clips AND Devices at the same time.

Mixer in Arrangement view.

Ability to move & reposition Returns (now if we could only put them anywhere we wanted)

These alone have me smiling.

I have to agree, these are much less visible.

Unfortunately, tweaking the Theme does not help in any significant way.
