Nor do I, and I've been using Live since version 1.

I would very much like the option to disable comping.

A pdf manual is essential.

Live 12 brought some GUI improvements that I have been wanting for a LONG time:

Being able to see both Clips AND Devices at the same time.

Mixer in Arrangement view.

Ability to move & reposition Returns (now if we could only put them anywhere we wanted)

These alone have me smiling.

I have to agree, these are much less visible. Unfortunately, tweaking the Theme does not help in any significant way. I think push 2 needs a companion more than an update, something arranger related. I with they made a hybrid between MCU and softube console 1 fader/channel strip in the samw form factor as push 2 8 motorized faders plus 16 encoders with display.
